Job Description

Location: Hinjewadi Phase 1, Pune Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Operations Executive to manage and grow our badminton training modules. This role will focus on driving collections, fee recovery, and upselling across programs, while generating leads and new revenue streams through partnerships with colleges, societies, townships, and corporates. You will also lead event execution and use such platforms for business development and brand engagement. Key Responsibilities: Operations & Reporting: Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports for total collections, outstanding recoveries, and upselling performance. Track enrollment data across all badminton modules – Tyro, Medio, Pro, and Corporate. Ensure 100% fee recovery by coordinating with coaches, accounts, and parents/students. Prepare and present MIS and dashboard summaries to management. Sales & Revenue Generation: Drive upselling of training programs (e.g., moving students from Tyro to Medio or Pro). Identify and close cross-selling opportunities (e.g., camps, one-on-one sessions, merchandise). Monitor and meet monthly revenue targets. Lead Generation & Partnerships: Build a strong pipeline of leads through outreach in colleges, societies, townships, and corporates. Develop partnerships to introduce modules within these communities. Leverage events and exhibitions as lead-generation platforms. Event Management: Plan and execute internal tournaments, demo sessions, and outreach events. Use events as a strategic tool to drive admissions and revenue growth. Coordinate with coaches and marketing for smooth event delivery and branding. Collaboration & Communication: Work with the marketing team to activate digital and on-ground campaigns. Liaise with coaches for operational alignment and customer experience feedback. Coordinate with CRM for follow-ups, renewals, and collections. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sports Management, Marketing, or related field. 3–6 years of experience in sales, operations, or events, preferably in sports, education, or fitness industries. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong data handling and reporting skills (MS Excel/Google Sheets is a must). Passion for sports and active engagement in community building is a plus. Willingness to travel locally to colleges, societies, and event venues. Performance Metrics: Monthly collection and recovery targets. Upsell conversion ratios. Number of leads and partnerships generated. Revenue generated through events and collaborations.
