Operations Lead

We are building a portfolio of Clean Sports Nutrition products and looking for an Operations lead to take care of the moving parts in e-commerce and q-commerce. Responsibilities

• Own the warehousing logistics and last mile logistics, and control the quality of product at different nodes of the logistics system
• Own the inventory management and inventory planning for different SKUs depending on demand and supply
• Work with different teams internally and externally to ensure high customer satisfaction and feedback collection
• Manage 3PLs and monitor delivery rates, transit time, and return rates.
• Manage end-to-end operations for marketplace and retail partners.

Qualifications

• Have 2–3 years of experience in logistics, or warehouse operations in D2C, e-commerce, or FMCG.
• Have successfully managed warehouses and fulfillment networks across multiple channels (D2C, B2B, Modern Trade, 3PL, etc.).
• Have hands-on knowledge of WMS, OMS, and operational analytics tools.
• Have experience managing 3PL partners, dark stores, and internal/external fulfillment nodes.
• Comfort with working on multiple problems and moving parts
• Genuine enthusiasm for health, sports, nutrition, and fitness lifestyles.
