As an Operations Lead at Hugosave, your role will be crucial in leading the Operations Team and collaborating with the Executive Management Team to define and implement the operations strategy and architecture to support company growth. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide oversight of investment products, cash management, settlement, reconciliation, and first-line risk management. - Build, train, and develop a team to support global business scale. - Implement robust internal controls for risk management and foster transparency within the team. - Manage Debit Card Issuing program, ensuring operational adherence to network rules and guidelines. - Collaborate with Compliance, Product, and Technology teams to implement automated solutions for operations and compliance. - Maintain quality assurance processes and streamline customer processes. - Manage vendor relationships and strategic partnerships. - Conduct market research and data-driven analysis to drive strategy and understand competitor positioning. **Additional Company Details:** Hugosave is an early-stage Fintech company focused on providing innovative financial services. In the initial 30 days, you will acclimatize with the Operations team, understand existing Standard Operating Guidelines, assess team roles, and build relationships with key providers. By the 90th day, you will optimize operational functions, define best-in-class operations, and develop a risk management framework. At 180 days, you will focus on implementing operational technology systems, cross-functional team training, and regional expansion needs.
