As a Process Trainer at our company located in Gurugram & Noida, you will be responsible for developing programs and curriculum for employees. This includes creating training modules for new hires, conducting refresher sessions for existing employees, providing on-job training, facilitating cross-functional training, and focusing on skill development. Your key responsibilities will involve identifying the training needs of employees and organizing suitable training sessions to address those needs effectively. Additionally, you will be required to evaluate the impact and effectiveness of the training programs and workshops. Based on your assessments, you will implement any necessary adjustments or improvements to enhance the overall training experience. Candidates with Background Verification (BGV) experience are preferred for this role.
