About the role:

IDDA’s Head of Operations is the human backbone behind every onboarding, partnership, and process that looks effortless but definitely isn’t. This role blends structure with chaos control from managing doctor partnerships and corporate tie-ups to making sure every operational flow runs like a well-polished scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Doctor Onboarding Process, including calls, follow-ups, document verification, and agreement coordination, ensuring seamless understanding and alignment.
• Coordinate with AltPract for integration, software training, and smooth operational execution.
• Supervise Multi-City Operations (Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, Ahmedabad, etc.) through consistent monitoring, updates, and team accountability.
• Develop and refine Internal Decks, Scripts, and Pitch Materials tailored for different stakeholders, including corporates, doctors, and HR teams.
• Serve as the key communication link between IDDA Core, Corporate Wellness Partners, and Onboarded Consultants.
• Identify and resolve operational challenges proactively to maintain workflow continuity.
• Convert informal communication or complex updates into clear, professional correspondence.
• Maintain composure and efficiency under pressure, ensuring deliverables are met within timelines.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Operational Planning, Coordination, and Real-Time Problem Solving.
• Proven ability in Team and People Management, maintaining a balance of empathy, clarity, and efficiency.
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills, with the ability to adapt tone and messaging for diverse audiences.
• Skilled in Presentation and Deck Development, with a focus on structured, engaging, and purpose-driven flow.
• High level of Attention to Detail, ensuring accuracy and accountability across all operational tasks.
• Demonstrated ability to Manage Multiple Priorities across locations and teams while maintaining composure under pressure.
