About this role: (B2B-Product Marketing Manager )

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will support the business objectives of Speed Merchant Portfolio (B2B) by guiding the development and execution of commercial strategy. Key functions include: collaborating with product development team for evolving the product roadmap, developing go to market strategy for continued adoption of platform in target customer segments, evaluating new segments and use cases, leading divisional product marketing teams for execution of strategy and supporting the development of cross-portfolio processes and procedures to support new technologies, and collaborating with peers company-wide to identify and drive synergies.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Messaging and Positioning: Develop compelling marketing messages that highlight our platform's capabilities as a custom payment solution.
  • Technical Marketing Content: Craft compelling marketing materials showcasing the value of our platform to the target audience of key stakeholders with technical acumen, within companies.
  • Product Launches: Own product launches by collaborating with Product and Marketing teams to create and execute plans that showcase our capabilities.
  • Optimising Product-Led Growth: Drive engagement in product-led growth funnels, and generate leads for enterprise sales teams for our sales-led motions.
  • Sales Enablement: Develop materials and collaborate on programs to equip sales and solutions architecture teams with essential resources and training.
  • Insight Gathering: Collect valuable insights and feedback from the customer base to enhance marketing strategies and ensure alignment with user needs and industry trends.
  • Market Intelligence: Continuously track and swiftly respond to evolving technology and market trends in the fast-paced crypto payment sector.
  • Competitive Landscape: Conduct research and analysis to assess competitive alternatives and our market position, quickly adapting strategies to maintain and enhance our edge.
  • Customer and user research: Conduct research through direct interactions, surveys, and other tools to gather insights that inform messaging and product roadmaps.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies working closely with cross-functional teams including product management, business development and demand generation/digital marketing.
  • Develop and maintain buyer personas, messaging, and positioning that resonate with target audiences in the payment industry.
  • Develop and execute product launch plans, including messaging, collateral, and sales enablement tools.
  • Manage marketing budget for key marketing initiatives and track success of marketing initiatives as part of GTM plan
  • Create compelling and original content to drive differentiation in the market.
  • Lead growth marketing and content development team and collaborate with design and external relationship team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue growth.

Skill set:

  • Strong background in B2B software/ SAAS product marketing with 3 - 5 years of experience in high-growth tech environments, with 1 -2 years experience bringing payment related technology and products.
  • Proven ability to align product, marketing, sales, and leadership teams across multiple geographies and thrive in a multicultural environment.
  • Ability to toggle between understanding overarching strategic goals (the big picture) and collaborating with a cross-functional team to execute precise operational details with accuracy.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft messaging that truly resonates with diverse audiences from developers and researchers to creatives, marketers, and C-suite decision-makers.
  • Strong ability to translate complex technical information into clear, impactful marketing communications for the target audiences.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of driving projects to completion and successful full-funnel marketing campaigns that drive adoption.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field, with a deep understanding of the payment landscape.
  • Previous and relevant work experience within a product company.
  • Versatile Work Background: Candidates with experience in both startup environments and established companies are a plus.
  • Team Leadership: Experienced in leading and developing a 2-5 member marketing team
