Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities


Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to drive

    brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention

  • Build and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, SEO, social, and paid channels.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.


Content & Digital Marketing

  • Oversee content creation (blogs, case studies, whitepapers, videos, landing pages) to position the brand as a thought leader.
  • Manage SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns to optimize organic and paid reach.
  • Create targeted campaigns to support product launches and demand generation.


SaaS Growth & Demand Generation

  • Drive qualified pipeline growth through inbound and outbound marketing strategies.
  • Partner with sales teams to optimize lead nurturing and conversion processes.
  • Implement and manage

    ABM (Account-Based Marketing)

    campaigns for enterprise clients.


Team & Vendor Management

  • Lead and mentor a small team of marketers, freelancers, and agencies.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.


Analytics & Performance Tracking

  • Define and monitor KPIs such as CAC, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, and campaign ROI.
  • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.) to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance.
  • Report progress and insights to leadership on a regular basis.


Requirements

  • 5+ years of marketing experience with

    at least 3 years in SaaS-based organizations

    .
  • Strong background in

    B2B SaaS marketing, demand generation, and growth marketing

    .
  • Hands-on experience in SEO, digital marketing, content marketing, and campaign management.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Solid understanding of SaaS metrics (CAC, LTV, ARR, MRR, churn, pipeline velocity).
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in

    scaling SaaS marketing functions

    in high-growth startups.
  • Knowledge of product-led growth (PLG) strategies.
  • Prior experience in

    ABM and enterprise SaaS campaigns

    .
