Job Description – Marketing Manager (Flexible Packaging / Laminated Plastic Pouches)

Industry: Flexible Packaging / Laminated Plastic Pouches
Products: Spice Powder Pouches, Atta Covers, FMCG Food Packaging
Location: South India (Extensive Travel)
Salary: Best in the Industry

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing & sales strategies for laminated plastic pouch products
• Promote products such as spice powder packaging, atta covers, and FMCG flexible packaging
• Identify and onboard FMCG, food processing, spice, and flour manufacturing clients
• Manage key accounts and distributor networks across South India
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis (brands like Eastern, Elite, etc.)
• Coordinate with production for order execution and timelines
• Achieve sales targets and improve market penetration
• Prepare sales forecasts and MIS reports
• Travel extensively to meet clients and expand business

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in flexible packaging / plastic packaging industry preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Knowledge of laminated films, pouch types, and printing processes
• Willingness to travel frequently and relocate if required
• Result-oriented with strong client-handling abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
