Account Executive

Job Summary:

The Accounts Executive is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing day-to-day accounting activities, assisting in statutory compliance, and supporting the finance team in ensuring smooth financial operations of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounting & Bookkeeping
• Record day-to-day financial transactions in Tally/ERP or accounting software.
• Prepare and maintain ledgers, journals, and trial balance.
• Ensure proper documentation of vouchers, bills, and invoices.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable
• Process supplier/vendor invoices and payments.
• Follow up with customers for outstanding dues.
• Reconcile customer/vendor accounts.
• Bank & Cash Management
• Handle daily cash and bank transactions.
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements.
• Maintain petty cash records.
• Taxation & Compliance
• Assist in filing GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
• Support in maintaining compliance with statutory and audit requirements.
• Financial Reporting
• Prepare monthly/quarterly reports – receivables, payables, expense statements.
• Assist in finalization of accounts and audit preparation.
• Coordination
• Coordinate with internal departments for accounting information.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and vendors as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting (freshers with good knowledge can also apply).
• Knowledge of Tally / ERP systems, MS Excel, and accounting principles.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
