1. Responsible for the development and performance of all events/activities pertaining to ATL, BTL and new store launches to increase brand presence in the assigned region.
2. Responsible for improving the market share, customer satisfaction and productivity performance by establishing effective channel strategies, and implementing the associated plans.
3. Plan and develop market-specific advertising to support low-volume retail outlets in the assigned regions.
4. Design creative campaigns for briefing the product by coordinating with BTL agencies to get promotors.
5. Develop new store opening advertisements and campaigns via social media to increase awareness, drive traffic, and accelerate growth in coordination with the digital team.
6. Oversee the execution of all wet sampling activities at retail stores for branded eggs by coordinating with the agencies.
7. Manage key account promotions for maintaining constant partnerships & alliances with HORECA stakeholders.
8. Communicate the marketing events, trade shows and advertising details with the RM to ensure alignment with the companys goals and objectives.
9. Communicate brand value to both internal and external customers and stakeholders by organizing /conducting internal events, conferences, and speaking engagements.
10. Monitor the competitors and stay abreast of industry innovations for better retail store promotions and advertisements.
11. Ensure continuous benchmark of industry practices in relevant fields and provide recommendations.
12. Champion and articulate innovations and improvements pertaining to systems and processes related to the respective domain.
13. Enable team members to perform better by providing timely feedback, conducting structured performance development reviews and setting clear KRAs and providing inputs for development.
14. Responsible for motivating and developing team members to effectively deliver their responsibilities.
Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in marketing and BTL activations. 2. Experience in FMCG brand
