Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to launch and position Conexus products in the market.
• Define brand messaging, value proposition, and communication tone aligned with TNPSFL's vision.

• Product Marketing

• Work closely with product and tech teams to understand product offerings and translate features into customer benefits.
• Develop product collateral, presentations, and go-to-market campaigns for logistics IT solutions (WMS, TMS, RTTVP, etc.).

• Digital Marketing

• Plan and manage digital marketing initiatives including SEO/SEM, content marketing, email campaigns, social media, etc.
• Monitor analytics and performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.

• Lead Generation & Sales Enablement

• Design and implement demand generation strategies to attract and convert logistics businesses and supply chain clients.
• Support the sales team with marketing tools, case studies, and campaign materials.

• Brand Building & PR

• Establish Conexus as a credible and innovative brand in the logistics technology space.
• Manage public relations, media outreach, and participation in relevant logistics and tech events.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS, logistics tech, or supply chain domains.
• Proven ability to create and drive brand and marketing strategy for new product lines or startups.
• Strong digital marketing knowledge including analytics, CRM, and automation tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with strong problem-solving and project management capabilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Preferred:

• Exposure to logistics or supply chain industry.
• Experience launching or marketing products like WMS, TMS, ERP, etc.
• Startup or early-stage company experience.
