Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a Marketing Head who can manage overall marketing activities, coordinate with the digital marketing consultancy, and support the sales team with proper lead distribution. The role focuses on planning, communication, coordination, and ensuring smooth execution of marketing initiatives—both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities

A. Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop monthly and quarterly marketing plans.
  • Understand company goals and align marketing activities accordingly.
  • Coordinate with management and sales heads to understand requirements.

B. Coordination with Digital Marketing Consultancy

  • Provide the team with all required information (product details, offers, pricing, photographs, target audience, etc.).
  • Ensure timely approval of creatives, content, and campaigns.
  • Review campaign performance shared by the team (basic understanding).
  • Provide feedback and required corrections to the digital marketing team.

C. Lead Management

  • Collect all leads generated from the digital marketing consultancy.
  • Categorize and distribute leads to the sales team.
  • Follow up with sales team to ensure leads are attended on time.
  • Maintain updated lead reports and provide weekly summaries to management.

D. Branding & Offline Marketing

  • Plan showroom branding, events, hoardings, banners, and print materials.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Prepare brochures, catalogues, and promotional content (coordination with designers).

E. Coordination & Reporting

  • Work closely with sales, purchase, and management for smooth operations.
  • Track marketing activities and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
  • Maintain vendor and agency relationships.

3. Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in marketing (leadership experience preferred).
  • Basic to moderate knowledge of digital marketing concepts (SEO, ads, social media, content).

4. Skills Required

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Good understanding of marketing fundamentals.
  • Ability to manage agencies and vendors.
  • Strong reporting, follow-up, and documentation skills.
  • Leadership, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of Canva / basic design tools (optional but preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Marketing: 5 years (Preferred)
