We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
Prepare and present business proposals, presentations, and commercial offers
Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company policies
Coordinate with sales, marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution
Track sales pipeline and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
Achieve assigned revenue and growth targets
Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and meetings as required
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities
Strategic thinking with result-oriented mindset
Ability to analyze market data and identify opportunities
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Good time management and multitasking skills
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
3–7 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (industry-specific experience preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
