Full Job Description We are looking for a dedicated and energetic female staff as Business Development Manager responsible for interacting with clients to fulfill the target and also to promote the growth of the business by expanding company client network. Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or related roles. Female Candidates Preferred Proven track record of successfully driving business growth and achieving sales targets. Strong understanding of architectural and engineering services, project management, and industry standards. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and networks. Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Immediate availability is highly preferred.
