Job Title: Marketing Manager – Real Estate Location: Chennai Department: Marketing Reporting To: Head – Sales & Marketing Experience Required: 5–8 years (preferably in real estate ) Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of all marketing activities for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building brand awareness, generating quality leads, and ensuring strong digital and on-ground presence that aligns with the company’s growth objectives. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Execution Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies for ongoing and upcoming real estate projects. Define and track KPIs for lead generation, brand visibility, and ROI on marketing spends. Branding & Communication Strengthen the company’s brand positioning across digital, print, and on-site platforms. Ensure brand consistency across campaigns, collaterals, and online channels. Create compelling project-specific messaging, brochures, videos, and press releases. Digital Marketing Oversee performance marketing (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and SEO initiatives to drive lead generation. Coordinate with internal teams and agencies for website content , landing pages, and CRM integration. Monitor campaign metrics, perform A/B testing, and suggest optimizations. Lead Generation & Campaign Management Plan and execute 360° campaigns including online ads, SMS, WhatsApp marketing, and email campaigns. Work closely with the sales team to track lead quality and conversion funnel. Market Analysis & Competition Tracking Conduct regular market research , competitor benchmarking, and consumer trend analysis to refine strategy. Generate project positioning reports and recommend pricing strategies in coordination with sales. Agency & Vendor Coordination Manage external agencies (digital, creative, PR, media buying) to deliver results on time and within budget. Negotiate and finalize media plans for ATL/BTL campaigns (Hoardings, Radio, Print, Events, etc.). Project Launches & On-Ground Activities Plan and execute project launches, site events, channel partner meets , and corporate branding activities. Monitor site branding, outdoor hoardings, signage, and visibility materials. Key Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing / Business Administration. Experience: 5–8 years in real estate marketing, preferably with exposure to residential projects. Proven expertise in digital marketing, brand management, and campaign execution . Excellent communication, analytical, and team management skills. Strong knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, CRM systems , and lead tracking dashboards. Preferred Skills: Creative mindset with strong visual and written storytelling ability. Hands-on experience with project positioning and market segmentation .
