Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Brand Development
- Develop and implement an annual strategic marketing plan in alignment with business goals and sales objectives.
- Strengthen Eriez India s brand positioning across physical and digital channels, ensuring consistent messaging aligned with the global brand.
- Lead market intelligence initiatives: conduct competitive analysis, identify emerging trends, and monitor policy/regulatory updates in key industries (mining, minerals, recycling, food, etc.).
- Collaborate with global marketing and regional sales teams to develop localized content, product launches, and integrated marketing campaigns.
Digital Marketing Content Strategy
- Design and execute digital campaigns including SEO/SEM, LinkedIn, email marketing, and webinars to build thought leadership and generate qualified leads.
- Oversee and enhance Eriez India s digital presence, including content development for websites, LinkedIn, and digital publications.
- Create and publish customer success stories, technical articles, videos, and other marketing assets that showcase Eriez technology leadership.
Event Management Customer Engagement
- Plan and manage trade show participation, technical conferences, roadshows, and customer engagement events across India and APAC.
- Develop Eriez India s go-to-market strategies for new product introductions in collaboration with product managers and sales heads.
- Facilitate customer surveys, post-sales feedback, and Net Promoter Score (NPS) initiatives to support customer-centric improvement.
Marketing Operations Analytics
- Own and manage the marketing budget, track ROI of campaigns, and report KPIs to senior leadership on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Work closely with the CRM team to ensure lead capture, lead nurturing, and funnel optimization.
- Maintain and refresh marketing collateral including catalogs, presentations, brochures, and case studies for field and digital use.
Skills/Qualifications Required:
Essential:
- Bachelor s degree in engineering/business; MBA in Marketing or Communications preferred.
- 7-10 years of relevant experience in B2B marketing, preferably in capital equipment or industrial sectors.
- Proven expertise in building marketing strategies that deliver measurable growth.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly and effectively.
- Advanced skills in digital tools and platforms (LinkedIn, HubSpot/Marketo, CRM like Zoho, Salesforce, Adobe Suite, etc.).
- Analytical mindset with ability to convert data into actionable insights.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; ability to influence stakeholders and work cross-functionally across global teams.
Desirable:
- Experience working in a multinational company with exposure to global marketing frameworks.
- Familiarity with industrial exhibitions and technical conferences in India and Asia-Pacific.
- Working knowledge of industrial processes, especially in mining, mineral processing, or metal industries.
- Proficiency in regional languages and visual communication tools (Canva, Figma, InDesign) is an added advantage.
