Job Description

What You ll Be Doing
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Web Teams Support (50%)
  • Ensure cross-functional project priorities are aligned across creative, web, product, and marketing stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary operational partner for the creative and web teams, coordinating projects, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Support planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns, including product launches, brand initiatives, and promotional efforts.
  • Manage cross-functional communication, ensuring the India marketing team is aligned with project priorities and workflows move efficiently across all stakeholders.
  • Support quality control and review processes for marketing assets, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to guidelines.
  • Track project progress, report on status, and proactively identify and resolve potential roadblocks.
  • Report weekly on creative and web team capacity, including forecasting upcoming workload and identifying potential resourcing gaps.

India Operational Support (30%)
  • Manage HR-related operational tasks for the India marketing team, including tracking vacation requests, WFH requests, and other scheduling needs.
  • Communicate employee status, requests, and scheduling updates back to functional leads in a clear and timely manner.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between India-based marketing staff and US-based management teams.
  • Help maintain operational efficiency, team capacity, and adherence to organizational policies.

Miscellaneous Marketing Responsibilities (20%)
  • Assist in providing comprehensive reporting on campaign and project results for initiatives led by the creative and web teams.
  • Support content updates across digital channels (website, social media, email, etc.).
  • Collaborate with external partners or vendors as needed.
  • Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and other ad hoc marketing initiatives.
  • Other duties as assigned .
Desired TraitsExperience:
  • 8-10 years in marketing operations, creative operations, project management, or campaign execution, ideally in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Proven experience supporting creative and web teams, including managing project timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with web project management, including coordinating with designers, content creators, developers, and QA teams.
  • Strong understanding of the creative and web development processes, CMS workflows, and how design, content, video and development teams collaborate to ship updates.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively with both India- and US-based teams across time zones.
  • Comfortable working flexible hours to support US stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Figma, Asana, and Wordpress is a plus.
  • Experience handling HR/operational coordination tasks for a team (vacation tracking, WFH management, internal communication) is highly desirable.
