About the Role: Drive Growth at the Intersection of Marketing & Sales


We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on, and tech-savvy marketing professional to build and lead our sales enablement engine from the ground up. This is a high-impact, high-visibility individual contributor role designed to directly fuel our sales pipeline.


You will be the architect of our prospect outreach, crafting multi-channel campaigns that generate qualified leads and hand them off to our sales team. The ideal candidate is a "doer" who thrives on variety—from designing digital content to making strategic phone calls. You are someone who knows some of these tools and is hungry to master the rest.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content & Collateral Creation: Develop compelling marketing materials (e.g., one-pagers, case studies, sales decks) using modern AI-powered design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express).
  • Digital Campaign Management: Set up, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns (using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Outreach) and LinkedIn marketing initiatives.
  • Prospecting & Data Mining: Query and manage prospect databases using tools like Lusha and Apollo to build targeted contact lists.
  • Multi-Channel Outreach: Execute a powerful outreach strategy that includes:
  • Sending personalized direct mail (hard copy letters).
  • Making proactive calls to prospects to generate interest.
  • Conducting diligent follow-ups to schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Sales Enablement: Qualify leads and seamlessly pass them to the appropriate sales representative with clear context, ensuring a smooth handoff.
  • Process Building: Document and refine the lead generation process. As the function grows, you will have the opportunity to delegate tasks and hire supporting team members.


What We're Looking For (The "Must-Haves" & "Willing-to-Learns")

You are a great fit if you have experience with some of these and are excited to learn the others:

  • Proven experience in a marketing, sales development, or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one major marketing/sales tool: an email marketing platform, a CRM (like Salesforce or HubSpot), or a prospecting database (like Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo).
  • Proficiency with design tools; experience with AI design tools is a huge plus.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills—you can craft a compelling email and hold an engaging conversation with a potential client.
  • A results-driven mindset with a low ego. You're not afraid to make cold calls or do what it takes to get the meeting.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
  • A willingness to learn, adapt, and become the in-house expert on our sales enablement tech stack.
