Marketing Lead

As the Marketing Lead at ORISERVE, you will be responsible for leading Growth and Marketing efforts to drive pipeline growth and revenue. Your primary focus will be to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and contribute to business growth. Collaborating with the Marketing and Sales teams, you will implement strategies to generate opportunities that convert into customers. Your typical work week will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop a go-to-market plan aligning sales strategies with marketing tactics. You will drive the implementation of the marketing plan, create processes, SOPs, and set KPIs to ensure effective execution of marketing activities. Additionally, you will be responsible for generating leads and pipeline through various inbound marketing tactics such as email, events, Performance Marketing, SEO, Partner Marketing, Content Syndication, and more. As the Marketing Lead, you will orchestrate the creation of content, identify opportunities to leverage existing campaigns, and create high-value customer experiences across various touchpoints. You will also be involved in testing and optimizing marketing programs to improve conversion rates and implement multi-channel ABM campaigns in line with Sales objectives. Furthermore, you will stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to foster engagement and business growth. Your role will also involve measuring campaign effectiveness, analyzing ROI, managing PR activities, conducting market research, and building online communities across social media platforms. The ideal candidate for this role should possess 4-7 years of experience in marketing/demand generation/digital marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS setup or a leadership role in a marketing agency. Strong familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM), PPC, SEO, social media, and email marketing is essential. Excellent relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills are required, along with the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
