Marketing Lead: The Storyteller and Growth Driver for Aivar Innovations


Your Impactful Responsibilities

  • Crafting Our Narrative:

    You'll lead the charge on developing our core messaging and positioning, ensuring we stand out and connect with our audience. Your work will simplify our cutting-edge AI technology into clear, compelling value propositions.
  • Driving Growth with Campaigns:

    You'll design, execute, and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels. You'll be the one building the funnels and measuring the results.
  • Creating Unforgettable Collateral:

    You'll be a key player in creating the marketing materials that tell our story—from presentations and brochures to case studies and sales tools. Your work will empower our sales team and educate our customers.
  • Owning the Content and Brand:

    You’ll be the champion of our brand voice. You'll work closely with our content team to develop high-impact content that resonates with our target audience. You're responsible for ensuring every piece of content strengthens our brand identity.
  • Analyzing and Optimizing:

    You'll use data from our CRM and analytics tools to understand what’s working, what's not, and how we can do better. Your insights will drive our strategy.
  • Building the Foundation:

    While we don't have a formal marketing "head" yet, you will operate with a high degree of autonomy, setting the standard for how our marketing function will grow. You’ll be a mentor and guide for our content team, helping to build our future.


What We're Looking For

  • Experience That Matters:

    You have 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role, preferably in the tech or SaaS industry. You’ve personally managed campaigns and created marketing collateral.
  • A Strategic Thinker and a Doer:

    You're skilled in digital marketing, content creation, CRM, and analytics. You have the ability to think big picture and execute with precision.
  • Exceptional Communicator:

    You’re a natural at guiding teams, communicating vision, and building strong relationships with sales, product, and leadership.
  • The Go-Getter Attitude:

    You thrive in an environment where you can take ownership, experiment, and make a tangible difference.
