Job Summary
We are hiring ambitious, aggressive, and result-driven Marketing Lead who are eager to build a strong career in Marketing and business growth. This is a front-end, target-focused role that demands high energy, strong communication skills, and a hunger to convert opportunities into revenue. The role involves active lead generation, cold outreach, client acquisition, and consistent follow-ups to close deals.

Key Responsibilities
1. Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, market research, field activities, and professional networking2. Aggressively reach out to prospective clients, pitch company offerings, and clearly communicate value propositions3. Understand client requirements and propose customized solutions aligned with business goals4. Schedule, manage, and conduct client meetings, presentations, and service demonstrations5. Drive end-to-end Marketing cycles from lead generation to negotiation and closure6. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals7. Follow up rigorously on leads and maintain momentum to achieve quick closures8. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high-quality service delivery9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, meetings, conversions, and Marketing performance10. Consistently achieve and exceed individual as well as team sales and revenue targets
