Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of strategic business initiatives. - Conduct targeted advertising campaigns and engage in human-to-human marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement. - Assist in conducting market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities. - Participate in HRD & HRM processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. - Assist in designing and delivering training programs to enhance team performance and professional development.
