Job Title: Marketing Director Location: [Noida/Indore] Experience: 12- 18 years Job Overview: We’re seeking a visionary and execution-oriented Marketing Director to lead our global marketing initiatives. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for shaping the brand narrative, driving demand, and positioning our BI and AI products as market leaders. You’ll be instrumental in connecting our technical innovation with real-world business value across global markets. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy & Leadership Define and drive the end-to-end marketing strategy aligned with business goals and AI product roadmaps. Lead and scale a multidisciplinary marketing team including product marketing, demand generation, brand, content, and digital. Build strategic marketing plans for customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Product & Thought Leadership Create compelling positioning and messaging that resonates with enterprise and technical audiences (e.g., data scientists, CTOs, business leaders). Partner with Product and Engineering to drive go-to-market (GTM) launches, roadmap communications, and use-case adoption. Lead thought leadership through AI-focused content: blogs, webinars, whitepapers, podcasts, case studies, and research reports. Demand Generation & Growth Marketing Own the demand generation funnel across inbound/outbound channels — including SEO, SEM, paid ads, ABM, and email campaigns. Optimize marketing automation and performance tracking (using tools like HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, etc.). Work closely with Sales to align on MQL/SQL targets, sales enablement, and campaign feedback. Brand & Communications Position the company as a leading BI And AI innovator in the market through PR, media, and influencer strategies. Shape consistent brand identity across platforms including website, social, events, and partnerships. Represent the brand at major BI and AI and tech events, conferences, and industry panels. Qualifications & Skills: 12-18+ years of experience in B2B tech marketing, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role Proven experience marketing BI/AI/ML, SaaS, or deep tech products (startup or high-growth environments preferred) Strong knowledge of BI and AI concepts, market trends, and customer needs (bonus if you're familiar with BI, generative AI, LLMs) Excellent storytelling and communication skills with a data-driven approach Experience with global marketing Strategic thinker with hands-on experience in execution Show more Show less
