Job Description

Intellicus Technologies is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the India region. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of progressive sales experience in enterprise BI, analytics, or SaaS product sales, with a proven track record of managing large accounts and leading high-performing sales teams. This role will be pivotal in driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and strengthening Intellicus’ position in the competitive Indian analytics landscape. Job Location: Noida/Mumbai/Bangalore Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and grow market share in India. Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team focused on acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts. Identify and prioritize key industry verticals and customer segments to maximize sales opportunities. Build and nurture strong relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders to drive business growth. Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives. Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting to senior leadership. Negotiate complex deals and contracts, ensuring alignment with company policies and customer needs. Represent Intellicus Technologies at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred. 15+ years of sales experience with at least 5 years in leadership roles within the BI, analytics, or SaaS domains. Proven success in enterprise sales and managing large, complex deals in the Indian market. Deep understanding of BI/analytics software solutions and industry trends. Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Experience building, leading, and scaling sales teams in a competitive technology market. Willingness to travel within India as required. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms. Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and data analytics ecosystems. Strong professional network within India’s enterprise analytics and technology sectors.
