We’re looking for a driven and confident Sales Consultant to join Atiris Consultancy. In this
role, you’ll manage both our internal sales operations and support our clients with their sales
strategies and execution. You’ll be responsible for generating leads, nurturing
relationships, closing deals, and ensuring smooth coordination between our consulting
and client teams.
Key Responsibilities:1. Atiris Consultancy:
- Generate and qualify leads in the market for Marketing, IT Solutions and Business
Strategy.
- Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, and calls to build partnerships and close
deals.
- Maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) updates, track sales activity,
and report progress
2. Property Management (Luxury Villa Projects)
- Handle booking inquiries and follow-ups for villa stays.
- Communicate with leads via telephonic calls, whatsapp business, and emails to
convert interest into confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate influencer collaborations and promotional activities.
Keep booking and payment records organized and update
Manufacturing Client:
- Conduct B2B outreach via LinkedIn, telephonic calls and emails to identify potential
clients in industrial sectors.
- Support in creating marketing materials and managing sales communications.
- Follow up with prospects to convert leads into purchase inquiries.
General Responsibilities:
- Track all leads, follow-ups, and conversions in a structured manner.
- Prepare weekly reports on sales performance across all projects.
- Meet assigned monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams for marketing and client strategy alignment.
Requirements
:
- 0–1 years of experience in sales, business development, or client management
(consulting experience preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
- Comfortable working across multiple industries and managing multiple accounts.
- Proficient in LinkedIn outreach, MS Office.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to manage time effectively.
- Open to work in a home office environment, and in a Startup.
- Is available for a commitment of 1 year.
Compensation
:
● Probation (3 months): ₹10,000 + Variable pay per month
● Full-time offer based on performance after probation,
