Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Mawal, with some flexibility for working from home. The Partner - Hotels & Hospitality will be responsible for overseeing customer service operations, managing reservations, and performing receptionist duties. Additionally, the role involves coordinating food and beverage services and ensuring seamless guest experiences. The individual will collaborate with internal teams to uphold consistent service standards and contribute to the overall success of the hospitality division. Effective communication and organizational skills are crucial for this position.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with guests, team members, and stakeholders
• Experience handling Reservations and managing booking systems
• Customer Service expertise to ensure positive guest experiences and handle inquiries or concerns
• Ability to perform Receptionist Duties, including welcoming guests and handling front-desk responsibilities
• Experience in Food & Beverage services, including coordinating dining operations
• Proven ability to manage tasks efficiently in a hybrid work environment
• Hospitality management experience or certified training is a plus
• Proficiency in using reservation or hospitality software systems.
