Role & responsibilities Provide expert guidance to clients on home loan products and services, ensuring they understand financing options. Collaborate with builders, real estate agents, and clients to establish and foster strong relationships. Conduct thorough needs assessments to determine the best financing options for clients. Process home loan applications, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and submitted accurately. Respond to client inquiries promptly and provide excellent customer service throughout the loan process. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products, interest rates, and market trends. Prepare and present loan proposals to potential clients, highlighting features and benefits. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs established by management. Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals. Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and enhance service offerings. Preferred candidate profile Any Bachelor's degree will to work in Field sales Proven experience in mortgage sales, home loans, or financial services is preferred. Strong understanding of mortgage products, real estate processes. Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly. Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales-related software. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
