• Should be comfortable going out and meeting the clients
  

Performance Metrics

• No. of genuine opportunities identified
  
• Growth in

  Gross Profit (GP)

  Margins

  from the assigned sector.
• Regular and useful Marketing Analyses and reports for each of the relevant CIEL Group Businesses
  
• Higher Metrics: Number of

  new client acquisitions

• Higher Metrics: Depth of penetration increased

  and multi-service adoption.
• Quality and impact of sectoral marketing initiatives.
  
• Timely and insightful

Profile Requirements:

Education:

• MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
  

Experience (Preferred):

• Experience in B2B Marketing, Sectoral Marketing, or Enterprise Business Development, ideally within HR, Consulting, or Service industries.Proven experience in integrated marketing (digital + offline) and sector-focused campaigns.
  
• Preferred 1-5 years
  

Work Environment

• Work Mode:

  On-site preferred/Hybrid (ideally same location as Vertical Head)
• Travel: As required for market immersion, client events, and industry networking.
