Job Description: The marketing communications specialist is responsible for developing and maintaining a robust communication & content ecosystem that is high-quality, scientifically accurate, engaging, and fully compliant with pharmaceutical regulations across various platforms and formats for our pharmaceutical and life sciences products and initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of medical/scientific concepts, excellent writing and editing skills, and strict adherence to industry regulations and compliance standards. Role & Responsibilities: Develop and oversee the content strategy for all marketing and medical communications, ensuring accuracy, scientific integrity, and compliance. Lead the creation of diverse content types, including articles, product catalogs, educational materials for healthcare professionals, website content, social media posts, and sales training materials. Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials. Understand complex scientific and clinical data and translate it into clear, concise, and engaging content for various audiences. Stay updated on industry trends, scientific advancements, and evolving regulatory guidelines related to content. Oversee brand guidelines and ensure consistent application across all marketing collateral. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Journalism, Communications, or a related field. Master’s degree in communications or relevant field is preferred more. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in medical writing, scientific communications, or content strategy within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Skills: Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a strong grasp of scientific terminology Proven ability to interpret and synthesize complex clinical data In-depth understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory guidelines for promotional and medical content Experience with content management systems and digital publishing Strong project management and organizational skills High level of accuracy and precision in content creation and review Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and ideally content management systems (CMS) and project management tools Excellent communication skills Show more Show less
