Job Description: The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing the company's digital marketing efforts within the highly regulated pharmaceutical landscape. This role requires expertise in various digital marketing channels, a strong understanding of analytics, and meticulous attention to compliance. Role & Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media, email, display advertising) for pharmaceutical products and the company brand. Manage and optimize the company's website content and user experience, ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Create engaging and compliant digital content (e.g., website copy, blog posts, social media updates, videos) for target audience. Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization. Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends, technologies, and pharmaceutical industry digital regulations. Collaborate with product marketing managers to integrate digital strategies into overall marketing plans. Ensure all digital marketing activities adhere to pharmaceutical advertising guidelines and company compliance standards. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Master’s Degree is preferred more. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a significant portion in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is preferred. Skills: Proven experience with SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media marketing, email marketing platforms, and content management systems Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google My Business, and other digital marketing analytics tools Promotion & Sales on e-commerce platforms – Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, etc. Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry digital marketing regulations (e.g., HIPAA, specific advertising codes) Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and compliant digital content Ability to adapt to evolving digital trends and regulatory changes Problem-solving and critical thinking Out of the box thinking Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment Show more Show less
