Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Automation Specialist to design, execute, and optimize automated marketing campaigns that drive lead generation, engagement, and customer retention. You will play a critical role in leveraging marketing automation tools to enhance the customer journey and improve marketing ROI.

Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Development & Execution

  • Design, build, and manage automated email workflows, drip campaigns, and nurture programs.
  • Segment audience lists based on behavior, demographics, and engagement levels.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to create high-performing email assets.

2. Tool Management

  • Manage marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, ActiveCampaign).
  • Integrate tools with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and ensure seamless data flow.
  • Troubleshoot issues in campaign execution or tool integration.

3. Lead Management & Nurturing

  • Implement lead scoring models to prioritize MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads).
  • Monitor and optimize lead lifecycle stages to improve conversion rates.
  • Align closely with sales for lead handoff and pipeline feedback.

4. Data & Analytics

  • Track, analyze, and report on email and campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions).
  • Run A/B tests to optimize subject lines, CTAs, content, and delivery times.
  • Create dashboards for real-time campaign monitoring and insights.

5. Process Optimization

  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and automation efficiency.
  • Develop SOPs and documentation for campaign setup, QA, and deployment.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing automation or digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot).
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, lead nurturing, and customer journey mapping.
  • Proficiency in segmentation, targeting, and A/B testing.
  • Analytical mindset with familiarity in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, or BI platforms.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
