Manager – Tech Systems & Business Support (Founder’s Office)
Location: Noida Office, ConveGenius (Mon to Friday, Work from Office)
Function: Founder’s Office & Strategy
ConveGenius is an AI-native education infrastructure company transforming how governments, enterprises, and social institutions deliver learning and governance outcomes at population scale. Operating across B2G and B2B segments, the company partners with state governments, CSR funders, philanthropies, and social enterprises to build intelligent education ecosystems that are both impactful and commercially sustainable.
At its core, ConveGenius runs two synergistic business lines:
-
SwiftAI – the intelligence and automation layer that powers citizen engagement, governance efficiency, and real-time decision-making for governments and institutions.
-
SwiftSchool – the learning infrastructure layer that integrates adaptive learning, digital classrooms, and analytics to drive measurable student and system outcomes.
This dual-engine model enables ConveGenius to serve as the technology backbone for education reform — connecting classrooms, communities, and command centres through a unified AI-powered framework. Unlike traditional edtech companies that deliver content, ConveGenius builds infrastructure — platforms that integrate deeply into public delivery systems while enabling private and philanthropic partners to scale their missions with measurable results.
With operations across 22+ Indian states and partnerships with multilaterals, CSR alliances, and government departments, ConveGenius has established itself as a partner-friendly enterprise trusted for aligning policy priorities with social and financial returns. Supported by institutional investors and guided by a double bottom line philosophy, the company consistently delivers impact at scale and profitability with purpose.
As ConveGenius enters its next phase of growth, it is shaping the future of AI-led public education infrastructure — where technology, partnerships, and governance intelligence converge to redefine how nations learn and thrive.
The Manager – Tech Systems & Business Support will play a pivotal role in strengthening the Founder’s Office as the strategic command centre of ConveGenius. Positioned under the AVP – Strategy, the role will bridge the gap between strategy, technology, and finance — ensuring that every proposal, bid, and institutional document reflects accurate system design, product logic, and commercial alignment.
This individual will work closely with the Strategy, Product, and Finance teams to translate complex product architectures into clear business narratives, build pricing and costing templates, and maintain institutional repositories that enhance efficiency and scalability.
The role is designed for a high-potential professional who will be groomed to evolve into a techno-strategic leader — someone who can think in systems, data, and execution simultaneously.
Solution Architecture and Translation: Articulate ConveGenius’s product and platform capabilities into structured technical narratives and system blueprints for strategic proposals and partner presentations, ensuring alignment between solution design and business objectives.
Cross-Functional Documentation: Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Finance teams to document system workflows, integration architectures, and commercial models in standardized, business-readable formats that enhance proposal accuracy and scalability.
Commercial and Cost Frameworks: Institutionalize standardized pricing templates and cost models for strategic partnerships and submissions, ensuring financial integrity and consistency across opportunities.
Knowledge Management: Build and maintain a centralized repository of reusable strategic and technical assets — including architecture diagrams, costing frameworks, and technical annexures — governed through version control and process discipline.
Strategic Collateral Development: Support the Founder’s Office in preparing high-stakes proposals, decks, and executive presentations, ensuring technical precision, structured articulation, and professional coherence.
Stakeholder Coordination: Drive cross-functional alignment by consolidating technical, financial, and operational inputs into unified strategic documents and communication artefacts.
Decision Intelligence and Process Improvement: Develop lightweight analytical tools and dashboards that improve visibility into proposal economics, pipeline performance, and internal workflow efficiency.
