Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Finance teams to document system workflows, integration architectures, and commercial models in standardized, business-readable formats that enhance proposal accuracy and scalability.

Commercial and Cost Frameworks:
Institutionalize standardized pricing templates and cost models for strategic partnerships and submissions, ensuring financial integrity and consistency across opportunities.

Knowledge Management:
Build and maintain a centralized repository of reusable strategic and technical assets including architecture diagrams, costing frameworks, and technical annexures governed through version control and process discipline.

Strategic Collateral Development:
Support the Founder s Office in preparing high-stakes proposals, decks, and executive presentations, ensuring technical precision, structured articulation, and professional coherence.

Stakeholder Coordination:
Drive cross-functional alignment by consolidating technical, financial, and operational inputs into unified strategic documents and communication artefacts.

Decision Intelligence and Process Improvement:
Develop lightweight analytical tools and dashboards that improve visibility into proposal economics, pipeline performance, and internal workflow efficiency.

Contribute to enterprise transformation initiatives by providing operational and analytical support to cross-functional programs led by the Founder s Office.
Required Skills & Competencies
Technical & Analytical
- Solid understanding of software systems, platforms, APIs, and data architectures.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for cost modeling and pricing analysis.
- Ability to interpret or create architecture diagrams using tools like Lucidchart, Draw.io, or Miro.
- Strong data organization and documentation skills with an eye for process structure and accuracy.
Strategic & Communication
- Ability to translate complex systems into clear, visual, and written formats.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking across technology, business, and finance contexts.
- Excellent writing and presentation skills, with high command of English language and professional articulation.
- Experience supporting cross-functional, high-stakes projects or executive deliverables.

Qualification & Experience
Education:
Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a quantitative discipline. Candidates from Tier-1 or equivalent institutions are preferred, though exceptional applicants from other strong academic backgrounds will also be considered. A master s degree (MBA/MPP/related) is an advantage but not mandatory.
Experience:
2-4 years of relevant experience in product operations, business analysis, pre-sales, consulting, or strategy roles ideally within SaaS, GovTech, or EdTech organisations.
Exposure:
Experience in cross-functional coordination, technology solutioning, or pricing and commercial support will be highly valued.
Edge:
Familiarity with government or CSR-linked technology programs and institutional partnership contexts will be considered a plus.
