Job Description

Business Development role as part of MCS Product Unit at Comviva for Key Accounts & Global Markets responsible for delivering to OB, Revenue targets & business growth along with Regional Sales team.

This role will enable individual to support & deliver as per defined business plan for financial year enabling sales & will be Individual contributor role.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Work with Regional Sales team to maintain a cordial relationship with customers.

  • Manage Bid Management, RFP Response & submissions, Preparing Business Case, Commercial Proposals Preparation and Submissions, etc.

  • Provide complete support to market unit representatives in managing sales process.

  • Responsible for Cross functional collaboration & bid managing with Product Unit Engineering, CS (Customer Solutions), Product Management, Delivery, Legal, Finance & Regional Sales team for customer engagement & responses on RFP/RFI/RFQ/Proactive submissions.

  • Provide Product Value Propositions, Technical/Functional Competencies & enable Customer Engagement, Lead Generation & Business development.

  • Proficiency in Telecom Domain as of Messaging, CPaaS Domain, Network API s & Monetization & Service Delivery Platform portfolios.

  • Team player, ability to focus on priorities and get things done.

  • Analytical competencies & forecasting business plan.

  • Ability to understand customer requirements and align responses & commercial strategy.

  • Preferred MBA with Experience Level of 10-15 Years.
