Key Responsibilities

1. Project Acquisition & Lead Generation

  • Identify, qualify, and acquire IT/SaaS project opportunities from global markets (US, UK, Europe, Middle East, APAC).
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects for:
  • Custom Software Development
  • SaaS Implementations
  • AI/ML & Automation projects
  • Cloud migration & DevOps
  • Contact Center / CX Solutions
  • Product subscriptions and enterprise sales
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and emerging technology needs.

2. Client Engagement & Deal Closure

  • Engage with CXOs, Founders, Directors, Procurement Heads, Technology decision-makers.
  • Present company capabilities, case studies, pricing models, and proposals.
  • Own the full sales cycle — from first conversation to deal closure.
  • Manage documentation such as SoWs, NDAs, proposals, RFP responses.

3. Partnership & Alliances Development

  • Build partnerships with:
  • IT consultants
  • Channel partners
  • Resellers
  • BPO/Contact Center providers
  • Cloud/AI solution integrators
  • Drive

    mutual project referrals

4. Sales Strategy & Revenue Ownership

  • Create and execute a global sales strategy.
  • Maintain accurate reporting of pipeline, forecasts, and closures.
  • Drive quarterly revenue targets with measurable outcomes.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with tech teams (development, cloud, AI, devops).
  • Understand project scope, timelines, budgets, and delivery requirements.
  • Communicate client expectations clearly to internal stakeholders.


Required Skills & Qualifications

Professional Experience

  • 3–15 years of experience in

    IT Sales, SaaS Sales, Consulting, Partnerships, or Project Acquisition

    .
  • Must have a strong existing network of global clients or partners.
  • Proven success in closing IT or SaaS deals or bringing projects.

Technical Understanding (Must have at least basic awareness)

Knowledge of:

  • IT services (web, mobile, enterprise software)
  • Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP)
  • SaaS applications & subscription models
  • Contact Center / CCaaS solutions
  • AI/ML, Bots, Automation
  • DevOps, CI/CD
  • Migration projects

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication & negotiation abilities.
  • Strong networking, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to independently bring projects without close supervision.
  • Highly self-driven and revenue-focused mindset.
