Buddy4Study collaborates with a vast network of strategic partners, including leading banks, NBFCs, corporates, educational institutions, and NGOs, to offer scholarships, education loans, and other funding solutions to support students' academic aspirations.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager Strategic Partnerships based in Noida. The Manager will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with strategic partners to support Buddy4Study’s mission. Key responsibilities include identifying potential partnerships, managing existing accounts, negotiating partnership terms, and working collaboratively to develop impactful campaigns and programs. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of initiatives and maintaining regular communication with partners to strengthen alliances.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Business Relationship Management and Strategic Partnerships to build, maintain, and expand effective collaborations with partners.
• Proficiency in Account Management and Analytical Skills to monitor, evaluate, and optimize partnership outcomes and performance.
• Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with partners and internal stakeholders at all levels.
• Prior experience in partnership development or a related field is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to analyze business needs and develop strategic solutions.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Social Work or a related field is preferred.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth coordination of partnership programs.
