Manager Strategic Partnerships

Role Overview: As a Manager Partnerships at Credgenics, you will be responsible for driving strategic alliances, strengthening relationships, and expanding the ecosystem. Your role will involve developing and executing partnership strategies to enhance Credgenics" market presence and business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic partners such as Banks, NBFCs, Fintechs, Collection Agencies, and Legal Firms. - Develop alliances with technology & service providers to enhance Credgenics offerings. - Structure and negotiate commercial agreements, MoUs, and joint go-to-market strategies. - Monitor industry trends and competitor partnerships to identify growth opportunities. - Cultivate and manage long-term relationships with key partners to drive business value. - Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring smooth collaboration and issue resolution. - Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Legal, Compliance) for seamless execution of partnerships. - Define and track KPIs for partner success, optimizing performance through data-driven insights. - Drive partner-driven lead generation, co-marketing initiatives, and joint customer engagement programs. - Ensure partners are well-trained and aligned with Credgenics product capabilities. - Ensure all partnerships adhere to regulatory frameworks and Credgenics compliance standards. - Work closely with legal teams to establish risk-mitigated agreements. Qualifications Required: - Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred). - Experience: 4+ years in Partnerships, Alliances, or Business Development in Fintech, SaaS, or BFSI. - Strong negotiation & stakeholder management skills. - Proven experience in structuring & closing strategic partnerships. - Excellent communication & presentation skills to engage C-level executives. - Ability to manage multiple partnerships and drive cross-functional collaboration.
