Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Senior AP & Procurement Analyst
In this role, A Senior Accounts Payable and Procurement Analyst oversees vendor payments, invoice processing, and compliance to ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial obligations. They support procurement activities by analysing spend, optimizing supplier relationships, and driving cost efficiency initiatives. Responsibilities
    Perform analysis such as DPO, Cost Per Invoice, Invoice Processing Time, Early Payment Discount etc.
    Create reports on the ageing status of invoices to identify overdue payments.
    Provide details on invoices currently on hold, including their aging status.
    Calculates the percentage of invoices paid on time to assess payment efficiency.
    Analyze AP data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvement.
    Develop and maintain dashboards and reports on KPIs such as Days Payable Outstanding (DPO), aging, payment cycles, and vendor performance.
    Provide insights to support cash flow forecasting and working capital optimization.
    Perform root-cause analysis on discrepancies, delayed payments, and invoice exceptions.
    Participate in AP automation initiatives and help develop reporting solutions.
    Support audit requirements by preparing detailed AP analytics and documentation.
    Provide actionable recommendations to management for cost savings, vendor negotiations, and process efficiency.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
    Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
    Good years of experience in Accounts Payable Analysis & Reporting with exposure to data analytics.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
    Strong knowledge of AP and Procure-to-Pay processes.
    Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data modeling), Macros and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
    Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
    Ability to communicate insights clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
