Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager - Purchase, based in Kolhapur. The Manager - Purchase will be responsible for managing procurement activities, vendor relations, inventory control, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing practices. Daily tasks include sourcing and negotiating with suppliers, overseeing purchase orders, monitoring market trends, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Qualifications Experience in Procurement, Negotiation, and Vendor Management Skills in Inventory Control, Supply Chain Management, and Cost Analysis Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards Strong Analytical and Problem-solving skills Proficiency in ERP systems and other procurement software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engg. or degree / diploma in plastics or Packaging.
