Role Overview

Manager – Human Resources (HR)

transparent, policy-driven, and compliant HR practices


Key Responsibilities1. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

recruitment processes

onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and separation processes

employee records, service files, and HR documentation

·        Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and final settlements.



2. Payroll & Statutory Compliance

payroll, statutory deductions, and benefits

PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Gratuity, POSH

·        Maintain statutory registers, filings, and compliance documentation.

·        Support statutory, internal, and special audits related to HR and payroll.



3. HR Policies, Systems & Governance

HR & Engagement Policy

·        Support periodic review and updation of HR policies as per organizational and GoAP requirements.

HRMS and attendance systems

Delegation of Authority (DoA)



4. Performance Management & Engagement

·        Support performance-linked incentives and contract renewals as per approved frameworks.

·        Support employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive work culture.



5. Reporting, Analytics & Coordination

HR MIS, dashboards, and periodic reports

·        Support the Head – Finance & HR in workforce planning and HR reporting to management and Board.

Spoke offices

·        Liaise with external agencies, consultants, and government departments as required.



Required Skillset

HR operations, labour laws, and statutory compliance

contractual manpower

HRMS, payroll systems, attendance, and leave management tools

·        Strong documentation, coordination, and communication skills.

·        Ability to implement policies and SOPs in a structured, compliant manner.

GoAP / APIS procedures



Qualifications & Experience

MBA (HR) / Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources, Management, or related discipline

Minimum 06 (Six) years of relevant experience

government projects, Section 8 companies, non-profits, PSUs, CSR-funded programs, or PPP environments

·        Exposure to audits, policy implementation, and HR systems is preferred.

Reports to:

Coordinates with:

o   Program and Operations teams

o   Spoke HR coordinators

o   Payroll vendors, statutory authorities, and auditors
