Role Overview

Talent Acquisition focused HR professional

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Own

  end-to-end recruitment

  for Junior, Mid & Senior level roles across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Support functions etc.
• Work closely with business heads to understand role requirements, hiring urgency, and manpower planning.
• Source candidates through

  Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, agencies, and headhunting.

• Coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds and ensure timely feedback.
• Drive

  offer rollouts, negotiations, and candidate closures.

• Ensure smooth onboarding and joining experience.
• Support employer branding initiatives and hiring process improvements.

Payroll & HR Operations

• Coordinate monthly payroll inputs including attendance, leaves, incentives, and variable pay.
• Support statutory compliances including

  PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Gratuity.

• Assist in POSH compliance documentation and coordination.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and audit readiness
• Support employee lifecycle processes such as confirmations, exits, and documentation.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong hands-on experience in

  Talent Acquisition

  (lateral hiring mandatory).
• Proven sourcing expertise using

  Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches.

• Experience hiring for

  startups, manufacturing, industrial, logistics, or tech-enabled companies

  preferred.
• Working knowledge of

  payroll processing and statutory compliances.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a

  high-growth, fast-paced startup environment.

Qualification

• MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent.
• 4-8 years of relevant HR experience with strong TA exposure.
