Role Overview As an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) at RecommerceX, you will work directly with the founders on high-impact strategic initiatives, incubate new business lines, and solve complex operational challenges. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical and entrepreneurial skills who is looking to grow into a future leadership or CXO role. Key Responsibilities Identify, research, and build new business opportunities within the circular economy, recycling, or material recovery domains. Lead zero-to-one initiatives: market research, business model development, MVP design, go-to-market strategy, and early operations. Solve real-time operational, logistics, or supply chain issues to improve scalability and efficiency. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, ops, and compliance teams to implement strategic projects. Prepare board-level presentations, investor decks, and strategic documents for internal and external stakeholders. Work closely with the CEO/founders on company-wide priorities and fundraising efforts, if needed. Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in consulting, VC/PE, startup founding teams, or high-growth ventures. B.Tech/BE and/or MBA from a Tier-1 institute (IITs, IIMs, ISB, etc.) preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and take ownership of outcomes.
