Job Summary: We are seeking proactive and results-driven Sales leaders to join our Alloy steel division. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and strengthening relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage with potential clients in the alloy steel market, including manufacturers, suppliers, and distributors. Promote and sell RecommerceXs alloy steel products, emphasizing their quality and sustainability advantages. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in alignment with company policies and market standards. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to the management team. Reach out to own clients to procure their Industrial scrap Key Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the alloy steel or metals industry. Strong knowledge of alloy steel grades, applications, and market dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Skills & Competencies: Sales Acumen : Strong negotiation and closing skills with a client-centric approach. Sustainability Knowledge : Passionate about sustainable solutions and knowledgeable about current trends in recycling and waste management. Analytical Skills : Ability to conduct market research, interpret sales metrics, and analyze competitive landscapes to guide strategy. Communication & Relationship Building : Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a talent for building rapport and trust.
