About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
HR Business Partner (HRBP)
to support our growing operations across the
Asia-Pacific (APAC) region
. This role is critical in aligning people strategies with business goals, driving organizational effectiveness, and fostering a high-performance culture across multiple countries. The HRBP will partner with business and functional leaders to build workforce capabilities, enhance leadership effectiveness, and ensure compliance with regional labor laws while supporting a unified global HR framework.This is a strategic and hands-on role requiring collaboration with diverse teams across India, Southeast Asia, and the broader APAC region. The ideal candidate will have strong regional exposure, cultural agility, and a passion for enabling people success in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with APAC leadership teams to translate business objectives into HR strategies and actionable plans.
- Drive organization design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives to support growth and scalability.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees on performance management, leadership development, and employee relations.
- Support global talent programs and localize them for regional effectiveness, ensuring alignment with both global and local business needs.
- Lead engagement initiatives, and retention strategies in collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs).
- Ensure compliance with country-specific employment laws and statutory requirements.
- Collaborate with Compensation & Benefits teams on salary structures, incentive programs, and annual compensation reviews.
- Utilize HR data and analytics to provide insights and recommendations on workforce trends, engagement, and productivity.
- Support global mobility, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives for APAC employees.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10–15 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in a regional HRBP or HR leadership role across APAC countries.
- Proven experience working in renewable energy or technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of regional employment laws and HR practices across multiple APAC and middle east markets (e.g., India, KSA Australia, Shanghai and Israel).
- Ability to operate in a matrixed, global organization with cross-cultural collaboration.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics tools (Workday, SAP, or equivalent).
- High adaptability, strategic thinking, and problem-solving ability.
