Manager-HRBP

You should have a Bachelors degree in human resources, business, or a related field. Additionally, 10-12 years of experience in employee engagement or a related HR field is required. It is essential to have a proven track record as an HR Business Partner in a GCC and/or BFSI industry and/or Tech Company. In this role, you will be expected to challenge the status quo, develop a robust analysis based on data, and recommend solutions/action plans. Demonstrated experience with HR Metrics is crucial. Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills are necessary for this position. Moreover, possessing strong project management skills and a high level of proficiency in using MS Office is vital. The role is based in Bangalore, and the role holder will need to provide location support to the senior HRBP. The individual may also be responsible for driving HR projects across Bangalore and Pune.,
