Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Partner with Business Leaders to understand business needs and align HR strategies accordingly Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmation, engagement, retention and exit Drive employee engagement initiatives tailored to a hybrid BPO workforce Lead Performance management processes , provide coaching to managers and support talent development plans Analyse attrition and engagement scores, design and implement actions to address gaps Act as a trusted advisor to employees, addressing concerns promptly and fairly Ensure compliance with HR policies, client requirements, and internal processes Drive CSR within the vertical Reporting and dashboarding of key talent metrics to both internal and external stakeholders Participate in weekly, monthly and quarterly reviews Show more Show less
