We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Audit Manager with deep expertise in US GAAP to lead audit engagements for our US-based clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of PCAOB standards, SEC reporting requirements, and internal control frameworks. This role involves managing audit teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple audit engagements for US GAAP clients across industries such as real estate, infrastructure, power, manufacturing, and hospitality.
Review financial statements and disclosures to ensure compliance with US GAAP and PCAOB standards.
Supervise and mentor audit staff and seniors, providing guidance and performance feedback.
Develop audit plans, risk assessments, and testing strategies tailored to client needs.
Ensure timely completion of audits and delivery of high-quality work products.
Liaise with clients to understand their business, address queries, and provide value-added insights.
Assist in resolving complex accounting and auditing issues, including SEC reporting and Form 8-K disclosures.
Stay updated on changes in US GAAP, PCAOB standards, and regulatory requirements.
Support business development initiatives and contribute to proposals and presentations.

Qualifications & Experience:

CA/CPA or equivalent professional qualification.
4–7 years of experience in audit, with at least 3 years in a managerial role handling US GAAP clients.
Strong knowledge of PCAOB auditing standards and SEC regulations.
Experience with audit tools and technologies
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
