The consultant will support the client in the following activities:

Development of monitoring framework.
Design and implementation of project monitoring dashboards.
Procurement support, including documentation and evaluation assistance.
SLA management and preparation of payment recommendations.
Operations and IT service management review.
Technology advisory and strategic guidance.
Assist the project manager and subject matter experts in their respective areas of activities
