Job Summary:

The FP&A Manager will be responsible for financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and data-driven decision support.The role will involve collaborating with our US family of companies and their leadership teams to provide insights that drive business growth and operational efficiency. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent technical skills, and a proactive approach to financial strategy.


Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Analysis:

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management.
  • Analyze variances between actual results and forecasts/budgets, providing insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Assist in compiling charts, graphs, and commentary for the monthly reporting package.


Dashboard Development & Data Analytics:

  • Develop interactive dashboards in Power BI or similar tools to provide real-time financial, operational, sales, and people data.
  • Enable Practice Leads to access KPIs relevant to their business areas.


Financial Forecasting & Budgeting:

  • Develop and maintain financial models to project company performance.
  • Manage the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Create a rolling 12-month forecast at the business line level to enhance financial planning.


Scenario Analysis & Revenue Insights:

  • Conduct scenario analysis to evaluate financial impacts of various business decisions.


Analyze invoice-level data to identify trends in revenue across factors such as:

  • Geographic dispersion
  • Industry segmentation
  • Client retention
  • Ownership type
  • Cross-selling volumes
  • Revenue churn


Process Improvement & Efficiency:

  • Continuously improve financial processes and systems to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage data transfers from source systems to the ledger (e.g., corporate credit card transactions)


Qualifications and Background:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field and a Chartered Accountant or CPA.
  • 5-10 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or a related field.


Technical & Analytical Skills:

  • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial software tools.
  • Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.


Soft Skills & Business Acumen:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to present complex financial data in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Strong understanding of business operations and strategic planning.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
  • High ethical standards and integrity in financial reporting and decision-making.
