Feel free to enrich both your personal and work life and hop onboard! WHY YOU’LL LOVE THIS JOB: The role is part of the PSA Tech Ops Division of the PSA Tech Services Center. This role will lead a high-performing team in a dynamic environment, driving operational efficiency, safety, and compliance, while contributing to the success and growth of PSA's operations in India and the PSA Tech Services Center (TSC). WHAT YOU’LL DO: This list is intended to reflect the current job but there may be additional essential functions (and certainly non-essential job functions) that are not referenced. Management will modify the job or require other tasks be performed whenever it is deemed appropriate to do so, observing, of course, any legal obligations including any collective bargaining obligations. Lead the PSA Tech Services team within the TSC, driving performance across key functions, including Engineering, Maintenance Programs, Configuration Control, Technical Publications, and Aircraft Records, to ensure alignment with organizational goals and operational excellence Strategically manage a team of approximately 40 direct reports within a matrix organization, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance, while ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and strategic objectives Champion innovation by proactively identifying and integrating emerging technologies and industry best practices that enhance operational efficiency, elevate the customer experience, and contribute to the long-term success of airline operations Establish and communicate clear priorities, allocating resources effectively to ensure safe, compliant, and reliable operations on the CRJ-700/900, while maintaining a focus on continuous improvement and regulatory adherence Collaborate across departments to harmonize operations with other functional groups, ensuring safety, airworthiness, regulatory compliance, operational reliability, and efficiency are consistently achieved across the organization Develop and oversee the management of the Tech Center's operational budget, ensuring effective resource utilization, cost optimization, and alignment with strategic financial goals Take on additional responsibilities as directed by Tech Services leadership, supporting broader initiatives and contributing to the success of the team and the organization ALL YOU’LL NEED FOR SUCCESS Minimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience: Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, etc. 5+ years of experience in a related field 2+ years of leadership experience FAA 121 Airline Operator and associate FARs or equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience: Master's degree in a relevant field 7+ years of experience in a related field Experience working in aviation or a similar industry Experience leading teams and managing multiple priorities Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards Skills, Licenses, and Certifications: Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and industry standards Experience with aircraft maintenance and engineering Familiarity with PSA Tech Services processes and procedures Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong leadership and management skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines LANGUAGE / COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written with all levels within the organization Physical ability necessary to safely and successfully perform the essential functions of the position, with or without any legally required reasonable accommodations that do not pose an undue hardship.
